Supporting you beyond birth.

After birth, it can feel like you've stepped into the unknown, unsure of which way to turn and second-guessing every decision. While many prepare for the arrival of their baby, the weeks and months that follow often come as an afterthought. Yet, the fourth trimester is a period of change for both of you, your baby and support network, however it looks. As you manage your recovery, the sleepless nights, and the transition into parenthood, having the right support around you can make all the difference.

As a qualified doula, I’m here to walk alongside you during this time. Whether you need a listening ear, a helping hand, relaxation techniques to ease the pressure, or evidence-based information to support your choices, I’ll provide the reassurance and support you need to embrace this transition. I can also signpost you to local support in your area or if there is something outside my remit. Most importantly, I’ll help you trust your instincts and step into your role as a mother, whether it’s your first baby or your fifth.
